This website

The pages you are reading are static. The demo form checks your details in the browser, then sends the name, work email, company, team size, and message you enter to Web3Forms, which delivers that message by email to Restora Technologies. Web3Forms processes the submission only to deliver the email.

We do not run advertising trackers on these pages. Your browser may still store ordinary server logs at the host that delivers the site, such as IP address, user agent, and the page requested, for security and reliability.

The product

When a company uses Venios, the workspace stores the information an admin configures and the time people record. That typically includes:

• Account details such as name, work email, role, and timezone.
• Sessions: project, start, pause, stop, and whether the time is billable.
• Leave requests, approvals, and the dates they cover.
• Reports and exports an authorized user generates.

Venios does not collect screenshots, keystroke logs, or always-on activity from a device. A session exists because a person started it.

Who can see product data

Members see their own time. Leads see the teams they manage. Admins operate the workspace, including exports. Venios staff access a customer workspace only to provide support the customer asks for, or where the law requires it.

How long it is kept

Customer workspaces retain time and leave records for as long as the subscription is active, and for a limited period afterward so an admin can export them. You can ask us to delete a workspace after the export window. Website mail you send us is kept long enough to answer and to keep a record of the conversation.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We use infrastructure providers to host the product and deliver email. They process data on our instructions. We share information if a law, court, or competent authority requires it, or to protect the security of the service.

Your requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to object to certain uses. Email restoratechnologies@gmail.com. If you use Venios through your employer, we may need to refer the request to that company, which controls the workspace.

International teams

Remote companies often have people in more than one country. If we transfer personal information across borders, we do it with a lawful mechanism such as a contract clause recognized in the destination country.

Changes

If this policy changes in a material way, we will update the date above and, for product customers, notify workspace admins.
