About

Time went invisible when the office did.

Standups turned into status theater. Vacation lived in a spreadsheet named "final-v3". Friday became a reconstruction of a week nobody had written down. Venios is that record.

A calmer instrument

Remote work did not remove the need to know where the hours went. It removed the hallway where that knowledge used to travel. Companies filled the gap with surveillance software, or with nothing at all.

Venios takes the third path. People start their own sessions. Leave is requested in the open. Leads read a dashboard instead of a desktop. Finance exports a week that matches the invoice.

The product is deliberately small: sessions, dashboards, reports, time off, and the overlap between timezones. If a feature needs to watch a screen to work, it does not ship.

Venios is part of the Restora Technologies product line, which focuses on bringing value and operational stability to remote teams.

Principles

What we will not trade away.

Clarity over surveillance

Sessions people start. No screenshots, no keystroke logs, no silent agents on a laptop.

Time off is capacity

A vacation is not a missing row. It is part of the week, visible before the work is promised.

Remote by default

Timezones are a first view, not a setting buried after the fact. The overlap is the meeting.

Start this week

Put the hours where the team can see them.

Book a walkthrough. We'll map Venios onto the projects, timezones, and leave policy you already have.
